Deliveries

Delivery Information
1. On receipt of your order a confirmation email will be sent.
2. Vet Meds Online dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. (Subject to stock and when appropriate, receipt of prescription from your Veterinarian).
3. Orders are not dispatched on public holidays or weekends.
4. Products up to 1kg will be sent 1st class Royal Mail. Products over 1kg will be sent as Parcel Post.
5. As there have been some delays with Royal Mail a "Special Delivery" option is available for items up to 10kg weight. This service guarantees delivery within 1 - 3 working days.
6. Refrigerated items such as insulin will be sent as a Special Delivery item for arrival before 1pm. Please allow 48 hours for dispatch. Items ordered before Thursday lunchtime will be delivered on Monday morning. These items should be refrigerated as soon as they are received. Delivery needs to be organised prior to dispatch.
7. Should there be any problem with stock Vet Meds Online will send an e-mail or telephone.

Returns and Refunds
1. We are unable to accept prescription goods back once they have left our premises. We do offer a disposal service and will accept any unused product back for disposal as hazardous or clinical waste.
2. If Vet Meds Online or any of our staff should make an error with the order, we will accept the item/s back and either replace them with the correct item or refund your money in full. Returned prescription drugs will be consigned to hazardous / clinical waste.
3. Non-prescription items may be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and in the same state they left the premises, within 14 days of our dispatch date. A handling fee of £2.00 will be charged for each item.
4. Faulty or damaged goods can be returned within 14 days for a full refund if Vet Meds Online is notified within 48 hours of arrival.
5. Refunds due to cancellations of orders will be charged at 50p to cover accounting costs.
Guarantee of Products
1. Vet Meds online purchases all products from the manufacturers or from reputable wholesalers with whom they have dealt with for many years. As such we are confident that all items sold are genuine and reliable.
2. If there is any doubt about an item or the content of an item, please contact us immediately. The entire item, with its original packaging, bearing manufacturers serial number and expiry date must be kept and produced when required.
Confidentiality Agreement
1. We will store your information in electronic form and will not permit access to this information by anyone or any institution, unless required to do so by law.

Miscellaneous
1. The terms and conditions of the contract between a customer and vetmedsonline.co.uk are in accordance with English law, irrespective of where the order originates from or where the delivery occurs.
2. We reserve the rights to change these terms and conditions from time to time and recommend that customers read them before any and every purchase.
Conclusion of Contract
1. By submitting your order you are making a binding contract with vetmedsonline.co.uk
2. This contract is accepted and concluded by Vet Meds Online dispatching you the items ordered.
3. We reserve the rights not to enter into a contract without giving any reason whatsoever.
Policies
1. Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the above policies.
