To find a product
1. Type the name of the item required or the first three letters of the item into the search box and press enter or
2. Alternatively if it is a prescription item, use the alphabet selection and click on the required box eg.Metacam would be searched in the M-Q box. For prescription items, a prescription has to be completed by your veterinarian. This can be downloaded from the prescription web page or may be provided by your veterinary practice or
3. Non-prescription or over the counter goods can be found in the animal sections eg. Dog and then eg. joint conditions.
To make an order enter the number required in the quantity box alongside the product required and click add to the basket. This will then go to check out. Further items can be added to the list by clicking on the alphabet or animal listings or search box again or using the continue shopping option at the bottom of the shopping cart page.
At checkout any postage and packaging will be seen and the basket can be emptied or the order cancelled if you do not want to go on. Some products have free delivery. Clicking on the view basket tab at the top right hand area of the page will also give you the option to delete any items at any stage.
Shipping/delivery can be changed by scrolling down to the bottom of the shopping cart page and clicking on the arrow down sign. Enter the change shipping tab for the Special Next Day Delivery costs. Presently we can only guarantee the delivery and insurance on the Special Next Day Delivery post.
To proceed with your order click on check out. At checkout your details can be registered to make buying easier next time or you can order without registering but would then need to re-register the following time another order is made.
Complete the billing address form listed with your details and address to pay for the order. We will then send you a confirmation e-mail and dispatch your products. If a prescription is required the order will be sent on receipt of the prescription.
